Our goal is to Inform, Inspire, and Ignite creativity in youth, teens, and young adults through hands-on, in-action learning.
DALC focuses on providing knowledge and developing self-determination for exploring avenues in media arts & the entertainment industry.
The Dreamers Agile Learning Collective is curated by Lou Hollis. She is an entertainment and advertisement industry talent who’s managed her and her children’s careers in print, voice over, industrial, commercial, & film.

We are a form of community support service. We are your cheerleaders, walking with you as you set goals, plan, conspire, start businesses and dream big.
Open Campus on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Learners will gather virtually on Tuesdays & Thursdays (11am-7pm) via Zoom for selected courses, workshops and clubs to check-in, chat and work together on further developing their projects.
As a virtual learner at DALC, you can expect a collaborative learning journey with structured group courses held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays via Zoom. The remaining days offer freedom for independent studies through the Open Campus program, allowing you to delve deeper into your areas of interest and embrace diverse customs, cultures, and languages.
At DALC, you can expect a virtual learning community that supports your interests and skill development through the guidance of facilitators and tutors.
At DALC, learners have the freedom to explore subjects they are passionate about at their own pace, with abundant resources and unwavering support to facilitate their journey towards mastery and personal growth.
To kickstart your learning journey, we highly RECOMMEND starting with courses like Career Exploration and Discovery Zone.
You’ll be involved in ongoing individual and/or group projects. These projects are planned and developed through group meetings, which you can participate in via platforms like WhatsApp, iMessage, Asana, and Google Drive.
For an immersive experience, we offer in-person live engagement opportunities using a simulated set production, allowing you to learn in an interactive set-production environment.
If you’re unable to meet in-person, don’t worry! There are post-production opportunities for hands-on interaction through technology, internships/apprenticeships, and even entrepreneurial ventures to distribute the final product.
DALC is dedicated to providing a comprehensive and supportive learning environment, empowering you to build on your interests and skill sets while pursuing your passions with confidence.

Once learners join our virtual Dreamers Agile Learning Collective space, they will be provided with access to:
Group courses, apprenticeship, mentorship, entrepreneurial opportunities, workshops, SDE, self-directed project led learning pods, grants, tech devices, travel, location independent entrepreneurial partnerships, mental health practitioners and educational information that will support them through their self-directed learning journey.
Learners engage in courses of their selection.
- Dreamers In-Action attend ongoing workshops to advance their creative interests.
- All learners have access to fellowship, hold space, be seen and heard, play, experiment, and explore new skills.
- LHTM projects include paid independent entrepreneurial partnership opportunities.
- LHTM Productions projects include hands-on, in-action learning, utilizing positions available in technology, media, marketing, and advertisement.
Some of our members have a special focus on the entertainment industry, and we nurture those interests with projects that move from pre-production, production, post production, and on to the finished products.
With over 25 years managing, producing, spearheading and leading youth outreach programs, we support students and creatives in learning to finesse their talents in tech, media arts and entertainment.
