At LHTM, as creative agency, we’re a unique hub that specializes in education, artist development, management, content creation, and production. Founder, Luvenia Marie Wilkerson, a seasoned professional with over twenty-five years of experience in the international modeling and talent industry, as well as a SAG-AFTRA member managing the careers of others in the advertisement and entertainment sector.
My journey, like Notorious B.I.G, Biggie Smalls, aka Big Poppa said, “It was all as a dream!” What started as managing my own career has evolved into fostering the growth of not only my own children but also mothering and mentoring countless others across the entertainment, media, and creative industries. As a mother agency, I take pride in guiding emerging talent, helping them navigate their careers while embracing their authentic selves and unique paths. Today, my greatest joy comes from empowering others to step boldly into their dreams, armed with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive. LHTM extends its expertise to support entrepreneurs and small businesses, enhancing their social presence through tailored services in content development, creation, and production.
