Empowering Minds & Transforming Lives

In the rhythm of life, I, Luvenia Marie Wilkerson, also known as Lou Hollis, embrace my multifaceted roles: a family nurturer, a business navigator, a spirited leader, a Mama with dreams, a partner in progress, and a spiritual soul embarked on a human voyage. With each facet distinct, I honor my moral compass as it navigates the shores of my spiritual essence. United, they harmonize within me, as I become the embodiment of my earthly experience, woven into the fabric of LHTM.

LHTM ~ stands tall as more than a creative agency; it’s a vessel for purpose, a beacon of dreams, a realm where homeschooling, self-directed education, content creation, equitable entrepreneurial pathways, and artist development converge.

In this mosaic of life, I stand as a homeschooling youth advocate and a Mama fueled with excitement to weave my narrative across the interweb communities throughout different mediums. Over a quarter of a century, I’ve been a conductor of my own journey, orchestrating paths for both myself and others. Lou Hollis Talent Management (LHTM), the Dreamers Agile Learning Collective (DALC) and our HoodXChange program have been pivotal arenas of healing, growth, development, discovery and play for me. LHTM, now proudly an LLC as of 2020, is the embodiment of experiences spanning decades, interwoven with passion and wisdom.

My path ~ paints an intricate tapestry: entrepreneurship, modeling, acting, and the canvas of creative expression. A symphony of Homeschooling, Unschooling, SDE, and Entrepreneurship ignites liberation’s spark. Amidst the storms of my husband’s passing, grief, depression, and anxiety found their place. Yet, within entrepreneurship’s realm, solace intertwined with creativity, healing, and purpose. The beats of my advocacy resonate with BIPOC communities’ struggles, a unique odyssey experienced as “bleach” in America, fueling my mission’s fire.

Grief’s labyrinth ~ carved my sensitivity to mental health’s fragility and vitality. Transmuting anguish into purpose, I became a champion for mental health support.

Advertisement and Entertainment’s grand tapestry ~ bore my expertise as a Model, Actor, Talent and Manager thriving over a quarter-century. Guiding careers of budding talents and seasoned luminaries is my artistic joy.

DALC & HoodXChange ~  My recent odyssey’s, unfurls as an outreach symphony. Amplifying marginalized communities, we craft virtual, mobile, and in-person learning realms. From core wisdom to courses illuminating Media Arts and entertainment’s myriad paths, our harmonies harmonize. Remote entrepreneurial avenues, the tapestry of Technology & SDE, the enchanting melody of worldschooling—all these compose our symphony of self-directed project-led learning.

DALC & HoodXChange ~  Access to information & transformative experiences, nurtures BIPOC families through liberating education. We kindle fires, inspiring, and guiding families through creativity, entrepreneurship, and learning. Courses, coaching and support spaces nurture dreams and autonomy, while hands-on learning ignites real-world skills and networks.

We celebrate diverse cultures, kindling pride and entrepreneurial spirits. Through DALC, BIPOC youth rise, embracing their potential, crafting paths, and reshaping education’s contours for a brighter future. We’re rewriting the script of education and dreams together.
